I joined the Navy as an 18 year old and was literally thrown in the deep end. Fitness benchmarks and physical training became a basic work requirement. This hard work allowed me to be a member of the Boarding Party Team and a Fast Roper. One of the coolest things I have ever done, still to this day.

I studied my CERT III and CERT IV in Fitness at Randwick Tafe in Sydney (2014) before I left the Navy after 15 years service.
I became a Professional Firefighter in 2016 and completed my Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. I had to, again, find and push the limits of my strength and fitness levels to be a safe and effective Firefighter.
In 2019 (THAT year), all my ducks lined up and I could finally enter my first bodybuilding competition with FMG Australia (the

In 2019 (THAT year), all my ducks lined up and I could finally enter my first bodybuilding competition with FMG Australia (then WBFF Australia). I had NO idea what I was doing, so I reached out to a Coach.
This was the year 'The Comp Prep Planner' was also born. Bless.

My passion is Nutrition. It is breaking the cycle from previous generations to educate the next on food choices, sustainable lifestyle changes and movement.

At Dune Seven, we started out as a simple comp prep and fitness planner with a vision to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. Over four years, we have developed in to an actual app! The only one of it's kind, creating a path for all health and fitness levels.
Complimenting our Fitness App, we now offer personalised Nutrition Coaching through one on one weekly consults, 4 week 'Back to Basics' programs or 12 week subscription programs - for any BODY. For any fitness level; all sustainable and educative.
