We use collected data only for legitimate, clearly defined purposes:

- To personalise your planner experience and sync approved health or activity data;

4. Apple Health & Google Fit Integrations
If you choose to connect your health data:
- Apple Health (iOS): The App may read only the data types you approve through Apple’s HealthKit API. Data remains on your device and is not shared externally. We do not write any data back to Apple Health.
- Google Fit (Android): The App may read only the metrics you grant permission for. We do not write any data to Google Fit.
All access is user-controlled and can be managed or revoked at any time within Apple Health or Google Fit settings.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We may share minimal data only with trusted third parties when required for:
- Payments: Managed by Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems.
- Analytics: For performance and crash monitoring (Apple Analytics, Google Firebase).
Each third party operates independently and under their own privacy policy.
We ensure all partners meet applicable data protection standards.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
When your subscription ends or you delete your account, all identifiable data is securely deleted or anonymised.
